This Cookie Policy explains how NIM Labs LLC ("NIM Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the Coord platform at coord.io, uses cookies and similar technologies. This Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Coord uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security. For usage analytics, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are privacy-focused, do not use cookies, do not collect personal identifiers, and do not track users across websites. As a result, no cookie consent banner is required.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about your behavior. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixel tags, and local storage objects, which function similarly to cookies and are also covered by this Policy.

3. Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

These are the only cookies used on coord.io. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.

4. Analytics (Cookie-Free)

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, operated by Vercel Inc., to collect aggregated usage and performance data across coord.io. These services are fundamentally different from traditional analytics tools:

• No cookies — Vercel Analytics does not place any cookies on your device
• No personal identifiers — no IP addresses, email addresses, or other PII are collected
• No cross-site tracking — visitors cannot be tracked across different websites
• Temporary hashing — visitors are identified by a temporary hash derived from the incoming request, which is automatically discarded after 24 hours
• Aggregated data only — data collected is limited to aggregated page views, referrer URLs, geographic region (country/state/city level), device type, browser and OS type, and performance metrics (Core Web Vitals)

Because Vercel Analytics does not use cookies or collect personal data, no consent is required under GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, or CCPA.

5. Managing Cookies

Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not personally identify visitors, so no opt-out mechanism is necessary. If you prefer not to be included in aggregated analytics data, you may use a browser extension that blocks Vercel Analytics requests, or contact privacy@coord.io.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. Since coord.io uses only strictly necessary cookies and cookie-free analytics, we do not currently respond to DNT signals — there is no non-essential tracking to disable.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated Policy at coord.io/cookies with a revised effective date.
