Submit a Privacy Request
Use the information below to exercise your privacy rights under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
You may submit a request by emailing privacy@coord.io with the subject line "Privacy Request" and including the information described below.

Information We Need
To process your request, please provide:
- Your name as registered on your Coord account
- Your email address associated with your Coord account
- The type of request you are making (access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal)
- A description of the specific data or processing activity your request relates to (if applicable)
Verification
To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We will typically verify you using your registered email address. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you — we will use the minimum information necessary to confirm your identity.
If you are submitting a request through an authorized agent (CCPA), the agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may verify your identity directly.

For complex or numerous requests, we may extend the response period by an additional 60 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA). We will notify you within the initial response period if an extension is required, along with the reasons for the delay.
We will not charge a fee to process your request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive (GDPR) — in which case we will notify you before proceeding.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response:
- EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority
- UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
- Swiss residents may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
- California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) at cppa.ca.gov
